<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flashlight with a wide range for illuminating the front lower side even while a user firmly holds the flashlight, and having a training function further training the body of a user. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of LED light source parts 2, 2 illuminating the front-rear direction are arranged at both ends in the front-rear direction of a cylindrical central holding part 1. The illumination direction of at least one-side of the LED light source parts 2 is set downward relative to the front-rear direction of the central holding part 1. For the central holding part 1, a generator 11 is arranged in the inside, a power generation drive operation member 20 driving the generator is protruded to the outside, and power is supplied to LED light sources 4 from the generator 11 by reciprocating the power generation drive operation member by repetition of strong and weak grips.
