<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which solves the problems on the heat insulation properties, cracking properties, waterproof properties, heavy weight or the like in concrete using the conventional aggregate. <P>SOLUTION: A waste tire, a plastic product as a waste petroleum product such as vinyls, polyethylene terephthalate and crushed slag are made into an integrated composite aggregate, thus the respective wastes with different polarities are skillfully combined and joined, and it can be not only effectively utilized as recycle resources but also has advantages of adding new values such as heat insulation, weight reduction and shock relaxation or the like.
