<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure control valve allowing the set pressure of a relief valve to be varied according to a pilot signal pressure adjusted at the driver's seat or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The valve includes a pilot poppet 53 which opens the channel of a valve seat 56, and which drains the hydraulic fluid in a pressure chamber into a pressure oil tank when a high pressure exceeding a set pressure is produced, a pilot poppet spring 57 which applies pressure to the pilot poppet 53, and which elastically supports it with the channel of the valve seat 56 closed, a plug 59 which is fitted into a sleeve 50, and in which a pilot port 58 to which the pilot signal pressure is supplied from the outside is formed, a main piston 62 which is sliding movably combined within a guide 61 fitted into the plug 59, and which variably adjusts the set pressure in the pressure chamber according to the pilot signal pressure supplied through the pilot port 58, and an adjustment plug 65 which is movably combined with the guide 61, and which adjusts the set pressure of a spring 63 supporting the main piston 62. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
