PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent engine control experimenting device for controlling a jetted fuel amount according to intake air flow into an engine or engine speed while easily executing operation checking test in each operational status on the performance of respective engine control components constituting an engine system, besides checking on an electronic control unit (ECU) while having a control logic applicable as it is to an actual engine or an actual vehicle mounted with an engine, and sharply shortening development periods. SOLUTION: The various engine control components actually attached to the engine and necessary for engine control are constructed while allowing electric transmission and fuel supply in the same way as they are mounted on an actual engine. Model based control is performed on the same conditions as those of an actual engine based on experimental data of the actual engine written in the electronic control unit constituting the engine control components.
