摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize refrigerant flow rates of flat tubes in a parallel flow type heat exchanger. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger 1 comprises a lower header pipe 2 at a refrigerant inflow side, an upper header pipe 3 at a refrigerant outflow side, and the plurality of flat tubes 4 arranged at prescribed pitches between both header pipes in a state that vertical refrigerant passages 5 disposed inside thereof are communicated to the inside of both header pipes. An inlet pipe 7 for allowing the refrigerant R to flow into the lower header pipe 2 is disposed between a certain pair of flat tubes 4 positioned separately from an outlet pipe 8 for allowing the refrigerant from the upper header pipe 3 to flow out, among the plurality of flat tubes 4, and connected with the lower header pipe 2 from the direction upper than the horizontal. The outlet pipe 8 is disposed at both ends of the upper header pipe 2, and the inlet pipe 7 is disposed between a pair of flat tubes 4 positioned at a central portion of the lower header pipe 2.
