摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the exhaust heat recovery efficiency of an exhaust heat recovery device. SOLUTION: An exhaust heat recovery device 1 comprises an engine cooling path 3 in which the refrigerant pumped by a first pump 4 is circulated, and an exhaust heat recovery path 8 with a starting point 8a and an ending point 8b being respectively connected to the engine cooling path 3, which recovers the exhaust heat via the refrigerant introduced from the engine cooling path 3. A second pump 9, a relief valve 10, an evaporator 13, a superheater 14, a power recovery unit 16, a condenser 20, and a third pump 21 are installed in the exhaust heat recovery path 8 in this order from the side closer to the starting point 8a. An exhaust pipe 16 in which exhaust gas from an exhaust port is distributed is drawn from an engine body 2a, and connected to the superheater 14 and the evaporator 13 in this order.
