PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magneto-generator for reliably restricting rise of temperature of an armature coil. SOLUTION: The magneto-generator 1 includes a rotor 3 made up of a cylindrical rotor yoke 30 having a bottom, a permanent magnet 8 arranged at an inner circumferential wall 32a of the rotor yoke, and a magnet holder 51 for positioning the permanent magnet. A through-hole 35 is formed at a position, where interference is caused with the magnetic holder, at a bottom wall 31 of the rotor yoke, and a cut portion 56 is formed at a position corresponding to the through-hole at the magnetic holder.
