A system and a sampling method extracting the additional information from the acoustic signal are provided to improve mobile environment by extracting additional information by using a wireless device from the voice signal outputted from a speaker. A frame division unit(100) divides acoustic signal into a plurality of frames. A sub-frame division unit(101) divides frame into sub frame. A Fourier conversion unit(102) performs Fourier transformation to each sub frame. A sub-band division unit(103) divides the sub frame which is Fourier transformed into sub band. An information insertion unit inserts the energy of the sub band.
