A hot water boiler using a carbon nano heating element is provided to heat up by injecting carbon-powder in a heat-resistant steel pipe and fixing the carbon nano heating element on a hot-water tank. A hot water boiler uses a carbon nano heating element(1). The carbon nano heating element comprises inner and outer fixing screws(3,4), an enclosure terminal(5), a copper pipe(6), a carbon-powder(15), and a fine filter(7). The inner and outer fixing screws are processed within both inner and outer sides of the heat-resistance steel pipe(2). The enclosure terminal is engaged with an inner fixing screw. A copper pipe is inserted through the center hole of the enclosure terminal. The inside of the heat-resistance steel pipe is filled with the carbon-powder. The both ends of the heat-resistance steel pipe are sealed with the enclosure terminal. The fine filter is inserted into the enclosure terminal. The inside of the heat-resistance steel pipe is formed with a vacuum pump in a vacuum. The copper pipe is used as a power supply terminal. The calorific amount supplies the power through a fuse(8) and is controlled. The carbon nano heating element adheres to a hot-water tank(9). |
