A number plate is provided to increase discrimination by printing a logo displaying a local area on a background paper with the printer of a computer. In a number plate, an adhesive(G) is coated on the rear side paper of a background paper. The rear side paper(120) is coated on the background paper to protect the adhesive, and the surface of the background paper is segmented by a predetermined color and a blank of entry(111). The logo is edited by an editing program and the is printed on the background paper. The character and number are printed on the background paper, and a transparent protection sheet paper is coated the background paper to protect printed number.
