A method for isolating Guanin-Protein-Coupled Receptor (GPCR) through the difference of surfactant solubility is provided to isolate olfactory receptor protein and GPCR and develop GPCR pharmaceutical product. A method for isolating Guanin-Protein-Coupled Receptor (GPCR) using a surfactant comprises: a step of pulverizing fungus which GPCR is overexpressed and separating the pulverized material containing the GPCR; a step of treating a first surfactant; a step of treating a second surfactant; and a step of collecting the dissolved GPCR.
