A feed composition for sturgeon containing garlic extract is provided to improve the growth promotion, glucose metabolism control and ion regulating ability of sturgeon. A feed composition for sturgeon comprises garlic extract as an active ingredient. The content of the garlic extract is 0.1-1wt%. The sturgeon indicates Acipenser ruthenus. The feed composition for sturgeon secures effects of growth promotion, glucose metabolism control and ion regulation. In addition, the feed composition shows blood sugar lowering effect, cardiovascular activity, sperm-generation promoting effect, pathogenic microorganism inhibiting effect, anti-aging effect, UV protecting effect, immunity strengthening effect, anti-cancer effect and poison-neutralizing effect.
