A urethral catheter is provided, which makes exhaustion of the urine facilitated and reduces volume by making a urine discharge part and a fluid inlet part into one pipe. A urethral catheter comprises: a main path(230) in which one end(250) is blocked and a urine path and a fluid path are formed; a urine inlet port(211) which is connected to the urine path at the side of one end of the main path; a fluid outflow port(221) which is connected to the fluid path at the side of one end of the main path; a plurality of expansion units(240) which are combined with the side of the main path while surrounding the fluid outflow port; a urine discharge part(213) which is connected to the urine path and is combined with the other end of the main path; and a fluid inlet portion(222) which is connected to the fluid path and is combined with the other end of the main path.
