A pre-fabricated gutter panel 30 comprises an inner wet side skin 6, an outer dry side skin 5 and a core of insulation 7 between the inner and outer skins. The wet side skin 5 is formed from metal and pre-coated with a waterproof coating. The insulated core 7 may be an insulation board of polyurethane, the wet side skin 5 may be formed from a steel coil, and the pre-coat may be plastisol paint. The gutter panel may have a lateral extension of the wet or dry side skin for overlapping with an adjacent panel, and a joggle joint may be used to engage adjacent panels. Two or more panels may be joined to form a gutter system, and a waterproof membrane may be sealed over the joints of adjacent panels using heat. |
