The present invention relates to a solar cell rear surface sealing sheet, wherein a laminate body including a compatible resin layer and an adhesive layer is provided on one surface of a polyester film so that the adhesive layer faces the polyester film, the compatible resin layer is made of a resin having compatibility with an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, and the compatible resin layer has a thickness of 0.2 - 2 µm. According to the present invention, a solar cell rear surface sealing sheet having such favorable adhesive strength that is demanded as the solar cell rear surface sealing sheet to an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer filler layer and being excellent in storage stability and productivity of a film roll can be provided.
