RECOMBINANT EXPRESSION VECTOR SYSTEM FOR VARIANTS OF COAGULATION FACTOR VIII AND VON WILLEBRAND FACTOR

An expression vector system of variants of coaulation factor VIII and von Willebrand factor is provided to improve the activation of the coagulation factor VIII and used for treating hemophilla. A variant von Willebrand factor (Vwf23) comprises an amino acid sequence of the sequence number 2 in which exons 24-46 is deleted. An animal cell expression vector comprises a gene of coding the variant von Willebrand factor and is lentivirus vector. A pharmaceutical composition for treating and preventing hemophilla comprises the animal cell expression vector or variants of coaulation factor VIII and von Willebrand factor.
