A solar cell and method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve photoelectric efficiency by connecting unit cells each other in series by a plurality of holes. The anti-reflective layer(110) is formed on the substrate(100). The n-type amorphous silicon layer, the intrinsic amorphous silicon layer, and the p-type amorphous silicon layer are formed on the anti-reflective layer. The N-type, the intrinsic, and p-type crystalloid silicon layers(125, 135, 145) are etched to form a plurality of unit cells. A plurality of holes(105) contacts the first electrode layer(150) connected to the p-type crystalloid silicon layer and the n-type crystalloid silicon layer. The second electrode layer(160) is patterned after forming the second electrode layer on the backplane of substrate. |
