An air cushion is provided, which makes use convenience promoted and minimizes and prevents damage of air cell by protecting the air cell using a top plate and a bottom plate. An air cushion comprises: a top plate(11) in which a plurality of receiving protrusions are formed into one body and which has a receiving space inside the receiving protrusion; a plurality of air cells(21) which are separably inserted into the receiving space of the receiving protrusion; and a bottom plate(12) which is separably adhered to the lower part of the top plate. A plurality of air cells are equipped with one or more air cell module(20) which is connected so that adjacent one or more air cell can be opened.
