A red pepper pulverizer is provided to improve quality of red pepper powder by separating iron powder flowed from a drying and a trimming processes, and to improve processing speed of the red pepper powder by performing a grinding and a crushing processes at the same time. A red pepper pulverizer comprises the followings: a hopper receiving red pepper, and formed to a cylinder shape; a cylinder(21) having a rotary shaft(23) of a transfer screw(231); a millstone grinding part(10) grinding the transferred red pepper, and installed at an end of the cylinder; and a discharge part(50) discharging the crushed red pepper powder to outside, and installed at the bottom of the millstone grinding part. The millstone grinding part includes a rotating grinding body(12) and a fixing grinding body(11). A plurality of concavo-convex parts, spiral grinding groove parts, linear grinding groove parts, and grinding screws are formed on a side of the rotating grinding body or the fixing grinding body.
