A fatigue damage sensing specimen is provided to increase the sensitivity by the stress applied to a structure by making the stress focus on a second notch part by making the width of the second notch part smaller than a first notch part. A fatigue damage sensing specimen comprises a body part(110), a through hole(120), a pair of first slits(130), and a pair of second slits(140) of the plate shape. The through hole is formed in the central part of the body part. A pair of first slits is extended to the different direction from the through hole along a first imaginary line passing by the center of the through hole. While passing by the center of the through hole, a pair of second slits is extended to the different direction from the through hole along the first imaginary line and a second imaginary line meeting at right angle. The first slit and the second slit comprise a first notch part and a second notch part. The first notch part is extended from the through hole. The second notch part is extended from the first notch part. The width of the second notch part is smaller than the width of the first notch part.
