The body (8) has a thermoplastic adhesive agent comprising wax from low molecular polyorefine, and a filler material formed from sand i.e. quartz sand. The filler material exhibits grain size between 0.2 millimeters and 0.4 millimeters. The filler material is arranged according to a ball cluster. A compensation unit compensates heat-related volume changes of the filler material and/or the adhesive agent, and an auxiliary unit processes the filler material, where the body is heated at melting points of the thermoplastic adhesive agent. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a casting body. |
