FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: diagnostic procedure involves sampling cardiac biopsy materials on medical indications. It is examined for the content of chemical elements of the Mendeleev's table with the concentration expressed in mcg/g. The produced number of the concentrations of chemical elements in the examined heart is matched with the analogous measurements of the concentrations in a healthy heart - a second reference, with a number of average values measured in the heart of persons suffering cardiovascular diseases - a third reference, and with a number of the concentrations of these elements in crust - a zero reference. Then Pearson correlation coefficients r0X and r2X are calculated. The chemical elements of period IV are separated from the produced number of the concentrations of the chemical elements in the examined heart; and by the same way - from the zero, second, third references, and then the Pearson correlation coefficients r0X(IV), r2X(IV), r3X(IV) are calculated. If r0XëñR02=0.795526 and r2XëÑ0.9; if r0X(IV)ëñR02(IV)=0.422728463 and r2X(IV)ëÑ0.9, the normal cardiac functional status is concluded. The conditions r0XëñR02=0.795526 and r2X(IV)ëñR02(IV)=0.422728463, and r3X(IV)ëÑ0.9, enable stating pathological changes in the heart. ^ EFFECT: invention provides stating potential pathological changes in a donor's heart before transplantation. ^ 9 dwg, 16 tbl, 1 ex |
