摘要 FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for prediction of developing cardiovascular complications in the patients suffering ischemic heart disease (IHD) following a coronary artery bypass (CAB) surgery. Before the coronary artery bypass surgery, peripheral blood thrombocytes are examined for activity of glucose-6-phosphatedehydrogenase (G6PDG), lactate dehydrogenase (LDG), glycerol-3-phosphatedehydrogenase (G3PDG). A coefficient of substrate glycolytic metabolism (CSGM) representing a relation of G6PDG activity to total LDG and G3PDG activities is calculated. If the CSGM value is less than 0.05, developing cardiovascular complications in the patients suffered the CAB surgery. If the CSGM value is 0.05 or more, the absence of cardiovascular complications is predicted. ^ EFFECT: invention provides predicting developing cardiovascular complications in the patients before the CAB surgery and performing well-timed prevention of these postoperative complications. ^ 3 ex
