Harmonic gear drive includes elliptical wave generator (5), flexible gear (18) connected to wave generator by means of bearing (19) and to driven element, and rigid gear (11) that envelopes flexible gear has the possibility of being engaged with it and connected to the second electric motor (13). The first brake (4) has the possibility of applying the brake force to wave generator, and the second brake (12) - to rigid gear.
