FIELD: oil and gas production. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention comprises a floating platform, equipped with weight-lifting devices, a "skirt" in the form of a truncated cone with expansion towards sea bottom, walls of which are made of fabric. A cover is suspended to the platform at the bottom, having negative buoyancy, which is tightly connected to the "skirt", at the same time the fabric is soft and impermeable for oil products and is fixed to rings of the frame, having positive buoyancy, arranged horizontally with a certain pitch. Rings jointly with the fabric fixed to them separate the inner cavity of the "skirt" from sea water outside the "skirt" walls. The upper ring of the frame jointly with the fabric top is rigidly and tightly fixed to the cover, and the lower ring of the frame is joined with sinkers and connected by ropes to hoists so that for transportation the "skirt" may be folded as "bellows". ^ EFFECT: autonomous and mobile structure, possibility to confine leaked oil products in a closed water volume with their subsequent pumping. ^ 2 dwg |
