FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fur-farming and may be used for minks feeding. Ethane -1.2- dicarboxylic acid is daily introduced into the pedigree minks ration 10 days prior to estrus and 10 days prior to whelping in a dose of 5 mg/kg of live weight. Female indumentums is improved, tuft elasticity and colour saturation are enhanced. Increased are pelt area of young stock produced from these females, flawless pelts quantity and pelt quality acceptance rate. ^ EFFECT: invention implementation allows to enhance mink reproductive capacity and pelt quality, reduce the number of broodless females and increase the number of females having successfully cubed, enhance fertility performance and whelp livability and, as a result, increase the number of registered whelps per pedigree female. ^ 2 tbl, 1 ex |
