FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing granules of polyamide 6 or copolyamides by obtaining a melt of polyamide 6 or copolyamides via polymerisation, obtaining granules from the obtained melt through underwater granulation in a process liquid, removing the obtained granules from the site for underwater granulation in process liquid and feeding the granules in the process liquid to an extraction step, extracting low-molecular weight components as extracted compounds, drying the granules after extraction, wherein the underwater granulation step and the extraction step are carried out using the same process liquid.
