FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: frame unit for a sheet material (glass) comprises the following components: sections of the inner frame, having at least one groove for placement of a sheet material (12) with the possibility to connect sections of the inner frame around at least a part of the sheet material periphery; the first outer frame (25) for placement of the sheet material with connected sections of the inner frame; the second frame (30), which is applied to the sheet material with connected sections of the inner frame; the facility to connect the first and second outer frames together. The first and second outer frames together limit the space for placement of sections of the inner frame with capture of the sheet material with adjoined sections of the inner frame by the first and second outer frames, through application of a compressing force to sections of the inner frame to hold them in place. Geometry of inner frame sections is such that they have a base (16) and a neck having a hole of at least one groove. The shape of the outer cross section of the inner frame sections is such that the base is wider than the neck. ^ EFFECT: increased resistance to break-in and impact forces, simplified installation and manufacturing of a frame unit. ^ 13 cl, 50 dwg |
