FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gynaecology, reproductology, functional diagnostics, and may be used for estimating clinical effectiveness of purulent inflammatory diseases of uterine annexes. The state of the vaginal mucosa microcirculation is measured within posterior and lateral roofs in 10 random measurement points with the use of laser Doppler flowmetry. The measurements are performed in the beginning, on 9-10th day and at the moment of termination of the therapeutic course. Two values - smallest and greatest - are selected from 10 average blood flow values and removed from the data array. The other 8 values are used to derive an average blood flow value and an average blood flow value error at the moment of examination. The clinical effectiveness of the therapeutic course is considered to be positive if observing the presence of negative dynamics of absolute average blood flow values. If the average blood flow value is more than 8.75 perfusion units, the fact of partial disease correction at the moment of termination of the therapeutic course is diagnosed. If the average blood flow value is 8.75 and less, the fact of adequate disease correction at the moment of termination of the therapeutic course is diagnosed. ^ EFFECT: method enables instant diagnosis of the clinical effectiveness in purulent inflammatory diseases of uterine annexes. ^ 3 tbl, 2 ex |
