ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting display device including a sealing thin film effectively improved in resistivity against permeation of moisture or oxygen, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.

SOLUTION: This organic light emitting display device includes: a substrate body; an organic light emitting element formed on the substrate body; a hydrophilic polymer film formed on the substrate body to cover the organic light emitting element and including a hydrophilic surface having an angle of contact >0° and ≤50°; and an inorganic protective film formed on the hydrophilic surface of the hydrophilic polymer film.
