<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intuitively recognize a state of communication. <P>SOLUTION: An information display device 10 includes: a display control part 104 for displaying a balloon-shaped image configured of a sending origin region showing the sending origin of a conversation and a conversation display region showing the sending destination of a conversation and the content of a conversation by superimposing it on a video including an image showing a plurality of users; and an acquisition part 102 for acquiring the start point information of the sending origin region and the reference point information of the conversation display region and conversation information displayed in the conversation display region.
