<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of adjusting a resistance value capable of adjusting a resistance value when stamping individual resistors from a multiple-patterning board. <P>SOLUTION: A metal plate is employed for forming resistive bodies 2, columnar insulation layers 6 are formed on the metal plate, the columnar insulation layer regions correspond to resistor regions, respectively, and resistance value adjusting holes 4 are formed in the resistor regions, respectively, while intervals between the holes 4 are set equal, as shown in Fig.3 (A). When a stamping region 7 of the resistor is located at a lower position relative to the position of the stamping region 7 shown in Fig.3 (B), the resistance value is increased. Therefore, the resistance value of the resistor to be cut out can be adjusted by the adjustment of the cut-out position. Calculation of a first stamping position is performed by measuring a specific resistance value, and next a resistance value of the stamped resistor 1a is measured, as shown in Fig.3 (C). A stamping position of the resistor to be stamped next corresponds to a length at which the resistance value adjusting hole 4b enters a cut-out region 7b as shown in Fig.3 (D), the stamping position can be calculated and stamping is performed at the calculated stamping position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
