<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing tackle equipped with attaching device facilitating change of bait or lure only by attaching bait or lure on the body with a thread or rubber and threading fishline through a hole on the body, and configured such that a fish caught by the fishhook is set hard to release by reducing resistance of a fishhook in water since the bait or lure freely moves on the fishline when the fish caught by the fishhook riots to escape. <P>SOLUTION: The device has a recessed part 2 for attaching bait or lure on the body 1, and a projection 3 for preventing attached bait or lure from being slipped or dropping out.
