PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering wheel preventing a decorative ring part from coming off from a hard part when a large force is applied together with deformation of a rim part. SOLUTION: A cylindrical decorative member 41 attached to an attachment part 32 of the hard part 30 includes the decorative ring part 51 with decoration given on its outer surface between a decorated part 31 of the hard part 30 and leather 61. The decorative member 41 is formed by arranging a pair of divided pieces 42, 43 divided in a halved shape around the attachment part 32 and relatively joining them. Each of the divided pieces 42, 43 includes a locking part 45 adjacent to a soft part 60 side of the decorative ring part 51 and including a locking groove 47 for locking the end of the leather 61, a first extended part 48 extended to the soft part 60 side from the locking part 45 and covered with the leather 61, and a second extended part 49 further extended to the soft part 60 side from the first extended part 48 and covered with the soft part 60.
