PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear door of a vehicle capable of effectively draining, to the outside, the rainwater penetrated to the inside of a cabin through the upper peripheral edge of a weatherstrip without applying a special processing to the weatherstrip itself. SOLUTION: A drain groove 2 recessed while crossing the lower peripheral edge 32 of the weatherstrip 3 is formed in the surface of an inner panel 11 constituting the rear door 1 at a portion where the drain groove 2 faces the lower peripheral edge 32 of the weatherstrip 3. The rear door 1 is configured so that the rainwater X which is penetrated from the outside of the cabin to the inside of the cabin at the upper peripheral edge of the weatherstrip 3 and flows to the lower peripheral edge 32 of the weatherstrip 3 along the right and left side-peripheral edges of the weatherstrip 3 can be drained to the outside D1 of the cabin through the drain groove 2.
