WHITE CALIBRATION MEMBER AND OPTICAL CHARACTERISTIC MEASUREMENT SYSTEM USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform calibration with and without a laboratory dish and to prevent damage in a white calibration member used for the calibration of a top-port-type spectrophotometer having an integrating sphere in which a detection opening is formed in its top surface and enables measurement using a laboratory dish and measurement without using the laboratory dish. SOLUTION: The white calibration member 31 is configured in such a way as to comprise a black base 33 having a white calibration plate 32 mounted thereto and to be used for measurement without a laboratory dish as it is; a dummy transparent plate 34 to be used as a covering during measurement with a laboratory dish; and an adaptor 35 in which the transparent plate 34 is mounted to the end plate 352 of a bottom part and the black base 33 is housed in a tubular part 351. It is therefore possible to easily perform calibration with and without a laboratory dish by one type of white calibration plate 32. The tip surface 351a of the tubular part 351 of the adaptor 35 is formed to be higher than the top surface 33a of the black base 33 to prevent the black base 33 from being singly lifted and prevent the fall of the adaptor 35.
