PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot air type heater for facility horticulture efficiently collecting combustion residue discharged along with exhaust gas during heating operation and of solving a problem of low-temperature corrosion due to use of heavy oil as fuel. SOLUTION: In the hot air type heater for facility horticulture, a furnace 102, a heat exchange part 106 and an exhaust pipe 108 continued from the heat exchange part 106 are provided within a casing 101, and a collection part 200 collecting combustion residue included in combustion exhaust gas from the exhaust pipe 108 to a stack 110 is provided between the exhaust pipe 108 and the stack 110. The collection part 200 comprises: a cyclone body 201 connected to an inlet of the smock stack 110; an exhaust gas introduction part 202 connected to an outlet of the exhaust pipe 108 and an inlet of an upper casing 203 of the cyclone body 201; a storage part 206 provided in a lower cone of the cyclone body 201; and a pressure booster 208 externally attached to the exhaust gas introduction part 202.
