PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar heat collecting structure capable of being constructed without spoiling the appearance of a building by which excellent heat collecting efficiency can be attained by using water as a heat medium, and warm water heated by the solar heat collection can be sent out to a needed place without a need for specific motivity. SOLUTION: A water reservoir 10 capable of temporarily reserving water is arranged between an exterior finishing material 8 and a heat insulating material 5 of an exterior wall of the building. The water reservoir 10 is connected to a water pipe 23 at its upper end, and its lower end is connected to a warm water tank 22 in the underground of the building by the intermediary of a warm water outlet 13 and a water-passing pipe 25.
