PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting display device having a thin film transistor. SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting display device includes a thin film transistor and an organic light-emitting element fabricated on the thin film transistor and electrically connected to the thin film transistor, wherein a light-shielding part that blocks the light diffusing from the organic light-emitting element is disposed in at least one side of the thin film transistor to prevent the diffused light from the organic light-emitting element from directly entering the thin film transistor.
