The sleeve (1) has a central-axial through hole (4), and a shaft extending in an angular collar-shaped header (6) that includes an outer diameter larger than outer diameter of the shaft. The shaft supports an outer winding (3) and an inner winding (2), where the inner winding directs opposite to the outer winding and is longitudinally divided in a lower section facing toward the header. The inner winding in a longitudinally divided shaft section includes an inner diameter that is smaller than an end part of the inner winding adjacent to the header. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a tolerance balanced screwing system comprising a screw (2) a cold extrusion pressing method for manufacturing a tolerance balanced screw sleeve.
