The blade (10) has a wiping element i.e. wiping rubber (20), for wiping a windscreen, which is held by two claws of a clawed bracket (18), where the clawed bracket comprises a rear part connecting the claws, and the rear part of the clawed bracket comprises through-openings e.g. round holes. The through-openings are symmetrically located with regard to a pivot axis of the clawed bracket and/or with regard to a longitudinal axis of the rear part. Two profile parts are tiltably held at a main bracket, which is fixed at a wiper arm of the windscreen wiper.
