<p>Provided is a device having a band processing circuit for generating image signals having a plurality of frequency bands from one image signal and synthesizing the image signals having the plurality of frequency bands, thereby suppressing a noise, and a luminance color generation circuit for generating a luminance signal obtained by suppressing a folding signal. Out of the image signals having the plurality of frequency bands which are synthesized in the band processing circuit, an image signal having the highest frequency band includes the luminance signal obtained by suppressing the folding signal generated in the luminance color generation circuit.</p> |
