PURPOSE: A deodorization and dewetting device is provided to be semi-permanently used without replacement cost and waste causing environmental contamination. CONSTITUTION: A deodorization and dewetting device comprises: a yellow soil stone(10) formed in a panel form of a constant thickness; a needle-leaf wood frame(20) formed in the extrinsic circumference of yellow soil stone; a color change unit(30) which is inserted into a penetration hole formed in one side of the yellow soil stone and senses the content of moisture absorbed into the yellow soil stone; and a support stand(40) which is formed in the lower part of the yellow soil stone and supports the yellow soil stone.
