PURPOSE: A multi-stage cleaning apparatus for a motor wheelchair is provided to completely remove foreign materials stuck in uneven parts of front and rear wheels by activating an ultrasonic transducer at the set time intervals. CONSTITUTION: A multi-stage cleaning apparatus for a motor wheelchair comprises first and second cleaning devices(20,40), a controller(60), and an operational panel(70). The pre-stage and post-stage running paths of a motor wheelchair are installed in supporting plates(22,42) of the first and second cleansing devices, respectively. The first cleansing device has a plurality of rotating roll brushes. The second cleaning device includes a multi-directional nozzle(52) and provides high-pressure air. The controller supplies water along with the rotation of the roll brushes of the first cleaning device and air to the nozzle of the second cleaning device. The operation panel performs a cleaning operation according to the set sequence.
