<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic playing device for creating accompaniment patterns performing music decoration requested by a user. <P>SOLUTION: The recording area RE of a RAM 14 has a plurality of layers LY equivalent to a track capable of recording events generated in performance operation for a prescribed time period. A CPU 12 repeatedly reproduces an event-recorded layer LY in a plurality of layer areas of the recording area RE if a recording switch is not depressed, and records events generated in response to performance operation for the layer LY newly designated in operation of a layer change switch when the recording switch REC is depressed during repeated reproduction. Thus, the automatic playing device creates accompaniment patterns recording events generated in response to performance on a new layer LY performed while hearing the performance (event reproduction) recorded previously and performing music decoration requested by a user by repeating improvisatorial trial and error since they are so-called multiplex recording. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
