PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner tray for rice cooker constituted by aggregating power particles of carbon, which has high strength in the vicinity of a flange portion, and a rice cooker provided with the inner tray. SOLUTION: The inner tray 10 includes a side part 11 and a flange part 12 provided on the outer circumference of the upper end of the side part 11. A thickened portion T is provided at an upper part of the inner tray by forming the side part 11 so that the inside diameter A at its upper part is smaller than the inside diameter B at its lower part.
