PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage system and a washing water tank having the same which can stabilize the quantity of water of the washing water drained from the washing water tank to a toilet bowl and which can increase sealing performance of a drain outlet by a drain valve. SOLUTION: The drainage system 14 has a valve member 30 which opens and closes the drain outlet 12b arranged at the bottom 12a of the washing water tank 12, an overflow pipe 34 which is connected to the valve member so that it can be extended in the up-and-down directions and which drains the washing water from the drain outlet to a flush toilet bowl 1 by opening the valve member by being raised upward with the valve member, and a guide member 32 which supports the overflow pipe from outside and guides up-and-down movements. The convexities 32h, 34d projected in the direction of the radius are provided on either the outer surface of the overflow pipe or the inner surface of the guide member, and a concavity 32d which is brought into engagement with these convexities is provided on the other.
