<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illegal information transmission from a web browser to a web application without modifying the web application. <P>SOLUTION: An interface 310 transmits and receives data. In a login information database 330, passwords are stored in association with information indicating access destinations of the web application. When a request message is transmitted to a specific destination, an arithmetic unit 320 requests the web browser to transmit a password, and determines whether the transmitted password is stored in the login information database 330 in association with information indicating an access destination of the web application.
