PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a size and weight of a ball plunger pump as a constant capacity pump.
SOLUTION: An inner circumference surface of a cam face member 5 is structured of an arc of a cam face small radius rs, an arc of a cam face large radius rt, and an Archimedes curve connecting these arcs. A center locus rx of a ball 10 (a segment A2) connecting a center locus ra of the ball 10 when the ball 10 revolves along the cam face small radius rs and a center locus rz of the ball 10 when the ball 10 revolves along the cam face large radius rt is the Archimedes curve. A part ry (a segment A1) of a cross sectional shape of the cam face member 5 is set by a locus of the ball 10 contacting with an outer circumference (that is the inner circumference surface of the cam face member 5) to the center locus rx of the ball 10. A range of the locus rx is set by timing anglesθa,θb of an end of the small radius rs and a start of the large radius rt of the cam face member 5.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
|
