<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently create an analytic model for performing electromagnetic analysis maintaining calculating precision. <P>SOLUTION: A simplification target place extraction unit 305 extracts the simplification target place of a component. A contact determination unit 304 determines whether or not the simplification target place is brought into contact with the other component. A geometry simplification processing unit 305 simplifies the geometry of the simplification target place. A contact determination unit 304 determines whether or not the simplification target place whose geometry has been simplified is brought into contact with the other component. A contact relation comparison unit 307 compares contact relations between the simplification target places before and after the geometry of the simplification target place is simplified and the other component.
